Restorative Care

Restorative Care

Our restorative care services support you to regain function, build strength and confidence after illness, injury or a hospital stay. The goal is to help you return to your usual routine, maintain your independence and continue doing the things that matter to you.

Delivered in your home under the Australian Government's Support at Home program, our restorative care focuses on short-term, goal-oriented support to maximise your recovery and wellbeing.
