How We Support You
We work with you to identify the right assistive technology and home modifications based on your individual needs, goals and living environment, under the Support at Home program.
Our team can arrange assessments, coordinate with trusted suppliers and allied health professionals (e.g. Occupational Therapists), and support you through the installation and follow-up, so you can continue to live safely and independently at home.
